When was the last time you held a photo in your hands?  If you’re like me, you share memories on your phone rather than using an actual photo, and it’s just not the same.  I’ve been missing the actual printed photograph.  My mom has been asking me for a current picture of my daughter.  Not a file, not a digital photo, an actual picture that she can show her friends.  But the most recent physical picture we have is her school picture from last year – over a year old and has that *shudder* fake smile.  Have you ever looked for a digital photo that you know you took a few weeks ago but you can’t find it? Happens to me all the time. If you could print it out right away, that wouldn’t happen.  But it did happen to me UNTIL, yesterday.

Yesterday, I set up in just a few minutes, my new HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner
and my daughter and I had so much fun printing photos and creating several projects with it.  When Rosie found out that with just a few touches on her phone screen she could print out pictures she screamed with excitement.  I knew she would love it but had no idea it would be that exciting!

#SaveYourMemories 3 DIY Easy Personalized Photo Craft Projects

Projects with the HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner:

  • Photo Christmas Card Ornament
  • Printable
  • Photo for Frame Ornament
  • Thank You notes
  • Picture for Grandma

Who on your Christmas Card list would love to get a personalized ornament card?  It’s easy-peasy!  My daughter and I went through our 2015 pictures on my phone to choose our favorite images.  Cut colored paper, glue together, punch a hole, and tie a ribbon.  It’s a fun, easy activity that your kids will love to help you with and the result is something anyone would love to receive from you.

You can get as fancy or stay as simple as you want – add gems, cut in a snowflake shape, glitter is always a popular option!  Make it your own and let your kids have a blast creating special one-of-a-kind ornament cards.  The important thing is the memories.  We talked about all the things we experienced in 2015 as we went through and selected our pictures.  It was fun to relive the big and little things we did in 2015, talk about the people we know, love, and remember.

Simple, Fun Thank You Notes

My daughter’s birthday was last month and we also used the HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner to create fun thank you notes.  It was so easy.  Skipping the steps of downloading to a computer make it seem so much faster.  Straight from phone to printer is the way to go!

#ShareYourMemories PhotoPrintables

The HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner comes with access to printables!  You can follow the directions on the printer’s screen – easy and quick.  I printed out these Disney cut-outs in minutes.

My daughter’s Girl Scout Troop is going to be singing carols at a local nursing home and I found great printables that they can color and put together for song books!  Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Jingle Bells, Silver Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

By the way, the printer also looks great!  I put mine on the lower part of a coffee table.  I have an HP Envy laptop and I love it.  HP is a brand that I feel like I can trust to make quality, reliable products.

Anytime a step is taken out of a process and it is easier, I’m more likely to do it.  I definitely feel like I’m lucky I found out about the HP Envy 4512 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner and I hope you are too!  It’s easy to find at your local Walmart in the Computers and Accessories section.

  1. 1

Thanks for the ideas – My favorite is the “thank you” card. Most cards seem very generic, but if you print photos from your phone and add them to the cards, you give such a great personalized “thank you”. #client
