Have you ever been out and about and searching for a Wi-Fi connection and noticed “HotSpots”?  I have to admit, before Sprint asked me to review their NetGear Zing HotSpot, I wasn’t 100% sure of how exactly they worked.  Here’s the 411…
Why Do I Need a Mobile Wi-Fi HotSpot?
I can access the internet on my phone, which is great, but there are times when I need to type on a keyboard or see a larger screen than my phone offers. Â I have an iPad, but don’t pay for an internet connection. Â With a Mobile Wi-Fi HotSpot, your laptop, tablet, or any wi-fi enabled device can login to a wi-fi internet connection anywhere you have phone service. Â It’s as if you are carrying your home modem with you. Â But it’s smaller and even easier to use!
When Do I Use a Mobile Wi-Fi HotSpot?
Over the summer, I was used to being able to use my laptop at home pretty much all day, every day. Â Now that Rosie is back in school and after-school activities have started, I’m finding myself spending more time away from home. Â Sitting in the car line, watching after-school activities, or traveling no longer means unproductive time!
How Does a Mobile Wi-Fi HotSpot Work?
Sprint sent me the NetGear Zing and to be honest, it sat in the box for a week or two, because I didn’t feel like I had time to set it up. Â Ha! Â I wish I had known how easy and fast it would be. Â The Zing has a touch screen and the device is extremely user-friendly. Â It was this simple to start:

Where would you use a Zing Mobile Wi-Fi HotSpot?
Disclosure of Material Connection:  I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Sprint. I received product samples to facilitate my review.
How cool to have full Internet connectivity wherever you go and whenever you want.! I travel quite often and I could use this with my ipad as I hate having to surf the net using my smartphone with the itty bitty screen! This would certainly help me kill time when I’m on a long road trip.
