We are opening our pool and while the kids are swimming, I’ll be sitting poolside, enjoying International Delight Iced Coffee! Ah….. After the Chiberia winter, I am more than ready for some sunshine. I first tried iced coffee at a coffeehouse and fell in love. It became an afternoon treat for me when I was working (pre-child). I was intimidated to try it at home. I was always afraid it would taste watery, that I wouldn’t be able to get the concentration right. Fridge-friendly International Delight Iced Coffee has changed all that! You just open, pour over ice, and enjoy!
International Delight Iced Coffee comes in different varieties and flavors.
Which is your favorite?
If you’ve never tried them, which will you try first?
I read a helpful tip from International Delight. The next time you make a pot of coffee and have some left over, pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Use them when you make your next iced coffee and instead of melting water going into your beverage, it’ll be coffee! Or used the iced coffee to make ice cubes. Smart, huh?
I used my International Delight in my favorite brownie recipe! I substituted it for the water in my brownie mix. YUM! (Note: if you are serving to children, be aware that the brownies will contain caffeine.)
Another substitution you can try is in pancake mix! Perfect for a morning wake-up. Breakfast by the pool anyone. These are so delicious!!
