#LoveEveryMinute Easy Chicken Stir Fry

I love stir-fry but it’s difficult to find a delicious, healthy, fresh stir-fry in restaurants.  Making it at home is my solution – then it’s seasoned just the way I like it.  Now, Minute Rice has made it easy to make stir-fry at home!  With just four ingredients and taking only five minutes (prep and cook time!), dinner is on the table.

Fully Cooked Diced Chicken

Directions

Combine ingredients in a wok, cooking the frozen vegetables first, then add chicken and rice.  Season with soy sauce, to taste.  When steam begins rising from wok, meal is ready.  Enjoy!

This makes a delicious, easy, and healthy meal for your family.  Lots of colorful vegetables provide vitamins and fiber.  Whole grain rice and low-fat chicken protein complete the healthy combination.  I used my Calphalon non-stick wok, so I didn’t add any fats or oils and clean-up was as easy as the meal.
