You know the proverbial “pebble in your shoe” thing – something really small but it irritates the …. you-know-what out of you? Well, that was me and the “Enter” key in Facebook messages. I have a tendency to write long, okay really long, messages in Facebook. I used to hit the “Enter” key to create paragraphs, so the person reading it can pinch themselves to wake up now and then. Or whatever. But the “Enter” key lately has been acting as a “Send” or “Reply” and finishing my message!
No, it’s not earth-shattering. It doesn’t compare to a major illness diagnosis. Well, it doesn’t even compare to a minor illness. But it was bugging me big time! I was whining telling a friend about it (in a message, of course) and she told me that all I need to do was uncheck a little box and my problems would be over. Yippeeee!!
Everyone probably already knows this, but if you’re like me and didn’t have a clue… here’s how you fix that pesky little problem…

Thanks for that little tidbit! I hated when I pressed enter and it did that. I also write in paragraph form.
