Target has so many great items. I would purchase these: A updated cell phone, desperately clothing for myself, new towels, groceries and some garden seeds and other garden items.

Target is the best. They have everything and I can spend hours just roaming around trying to find awesome deals. I could go crazy in there with $400…..lol
