Giveaway: Campbell’s Select Harvest Soup

Campbell’s Select Harvest is now available in 21 varieties!  What makes “Select Harvest” different than other soups? Campbell’s Select Harvest is 100% natural.  They are made with ingredients we can all understand and recognize like natural sea salt, pasta made with whole grain, and roasted natural white meat chicken.  There are never any artificial flavors, artificial colors, well, there is never any artificial anything!

  • Campbell’s is proud of their labels on the Select Harvest Soups that cleanly and simply tell you what is, and what isn’t, in their soups.
  • As many of us become more conscious of the amount of sodium, or salt, in the food we eat, all Campbell’s Select Harvest Soups meet the healthy level of less than 480 mg of sodium per serving.  They use a natural sea salt which delivers the flavor without the sodium.
  • As important as what is IN the soup, is what has been left OUT.  None of the soups has added MSG2, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils or artificial flavors.

Campbell Soup has made a commitment to wellness and their website manifests that commitment.  It is designed to help us achieve balance in our lives and understand the role that nutrition plays in a balanced life.

I love to snack, but being so busy really found I need to make more time for healthier snacks since fruits and veggies help significantly with promoting good cardiovascular health and help reduce risks of strokes or heart attacks.
