I’m listening to clips of the soundtrack right now and remembering the show. Did you watch for the clothes and oh, yes, the shoes?! Well, if music were shoes, this soundtrack would be Manolo Blahnik stilettos – in hot pink.
I’m giving away the soundtrack CD. There, I said it. It hurts, but I said it. I love the music! Ouch, the CD is being sent to me to review, but I’m giving it away to a lucky reader. Ouch. I’m kinda wanting to change my mind, but I’m going to hit “publish post” really fast and commit. ;)
The recording artists featured on the soundtrack include Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu, Michael McGregor, Liza Minnelli, Cyndi Lauper (didn’t you love her on Celebrity Apprentice? I kept wanting to hug her). There is a brand-new duet “Love is Your Color” by Grammy and Academy Award winner, Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer sings with global superstar, multi-platinum recording artist and three time Grammy Award nominee, Leona Lewis. Whew, that’s star power!
