One of my daughter’s favorite choices for dinner are “Fish Fingers”. Â We are fans of the tv show, “Charlie and Lola” and from an early age, Rosie thought Fish Sticks were actually called “Lola’s Fish Fingers”. Â The fish sticks that my husband and I enjoy as much as Rosie does, are Gorton’s Fish Fingers so when they asked me to write a review, I knew it would be a fun one to write!
Gorton’s has been the trusted brand for great seafood since 1849. Even more, at Gorton’s they have a passion for seafood, and truly believe it to be an easy, delicious, and sustainable option that can help people live a healthier life. Their mission is to help people everywhere enjoy the goodness of great seafood. Did you know in addition to the traditional favorites like delicious fish sticks and beer battered tenders, they now also have gluten free Grilled Fish, and all new Skillet Crisp?
I was sent the same prize pack that one lucky reader is going to win that includes:
- product coupons
- 1 Gorton’s-branded ship wheel keychain,
- an assortment of Gorton’s recipe cards and
- beautiful seaside/Gorton’s postcards.
In the recipe cards, I found one for “Fish Stick Stackers” and knew immediately that Rosie would love it. Â What I was surprised by, though, was how much the adults in the family enjoyed it as well. Â This is a nice combination of flavors! Â Starting with the crunch carrots dipped in ranch sauce, the sweet potato fries, green peas, and finishing the crunchy fish sticks. Â It’s also the first time I made sweet potato fries and this method is simple, healthy and delicious! Â The flavors complimented each other beautifully and the presentation is adorable. Â Fast, easy, delicious, healthy, and fun! Â Gordon’s Fish Stick Stackers is a five-star recipe in my book.
