    I’d love to try the Apple Crisp or any of the Greek 100 flavors.

    Yoplait will help me with weight management by encouraging me not to skip breakfast. It’s high in protein, too (especially the Greek 100 line) and it’s important to me to start the day with protein, not just carbs.

    I eat it everyday, whenever I want something sweet instead of getting cookies or candy I get a yoplait light and eat that. It’s delicious satisfies my craving for something sweet and it’s good for me too.

    I would eat yoplait for a snack instead of something junky like chips or candy. I’d also use it to make smoothies in the morning, I tend to skip breakfast too often.
