I love decorating in the fall! Â The colors are so warm and rich. Â Two holidays, Halloween and Thanksgiving, with great themes provide so many options. Â Some of my favorites are items from DaySpring.com. Â If you’ve never shopped at DaySpring, it’s a division of Hallmark (yes, that means quality to me!) with inspirational designs. Â There are so many collections that I love, it’s hard to choose and my shopping cart is always too full and I end up having to remove *gasp, painful gasp*. Â Does that happen to you?
Reading decorating blogs for hours is one of my bad habits. Â But I get such great ideas! Â One huge one, was to decorate my living room in black and white. Â Then, use accessories to change the whole room every season. Â I did this over the summer and am really pleased. Â The summer scheme was blue and white with beach-y accents. Â A few weeks ago, I packed all that up (not sure if I’ll use it next summer or go the garage sale route) and pulled out my Thanksgiving/Halloween bins. Â It was easy to transform the room from cool blues to rich, jewel tones of amber, brown, and orange. Â Add a few new things and I’m ready to roll!
Thanksgiving is a holiday that reminds me of the importance of family and DaySpring specializes in family oriented, faith designs. Love, love, love this Hurricane Set. Â Year-round, it says, “Giving Thanks”. Â In this season, reverse them and you have “Thanks Giving”. Â How cool is that? Â The DaySpring website suggests using lemons in the summer or flowers. Â These could be fantastic all year. Â One of the reviews said that they make a great focal point. Â I can picture them on my fireplace mantel. Â Where would you put yours? Â Oh, by the way, they are only $29.99!
This is also on my “Wish List”! Â Isn’t it warm and cozy? Â I love the fleur de lis.
This vase is beautiful when filled with flowers, but also very pretty when empty.
This isn’t home decor, but DaySpring has started carrying recordable storybooks! Â Do you have a special kid that lives far away? Â This would be perfect!!! Â Aw, I’m gonna tear up… Â You can read them bedtime prayers!

Platters are great for pasta night, but also for decorating!
Love a bargain? DaySpring also has some great bargains on clearance. Have you noticed my dishes in many of my food posts? They are from DaySpring and on clearance!! The Life Collection is now only $20 for a place setting. These are large, beautiful and a great quality. I love them!

I would purchase prizes for my niece’s youth sunday school class. They are an awesome group of young folks who love the Lord. I try to keep things to reward them for learning their Bible.
