Here’s a great recipe for the Baked Ziti:

1 16 oz. package of Johnsville Ground Italian Sausage (comes in Mild, Hot, or Sweet)

1 Jar of your favorite Italian tomato sauce

1 pound of Ziti Pasta, cooked al dente

8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

1.  In a skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.  Drain excess grease.  Add Italian tomato sauce and warm.

2.  In a 3 quart baking dish, pour Ziti and add sauce with Italian sausage.

3.  Sprinkle on Mozzarella, then Parmesan cheese.

4.  Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
