Wowee, kazowee. Â I just tasted Enstrom Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee for the first time. Â Wowee, kazowee! Â I went to the website to learn more about it and read that 1lb. serves 10 people. Â I never knew before that I was 5 people. Â Hehehe. Â Maybe even 6. Â I let Sean have a little and Rosie is never gonna see this stuff. Â Wowee, kazowee, it is that good.Â
There is a local bakery here that is famous for their toffee and I have been known to eat a whole bag in one sitting. Â But, I have to say, with good reason, our local bakery is locally famous and Enstrom is world famous. Â Wow, Â this is delicious. Â It just melts in your mouth. Â This is not the old tooth-breaking, sugary toffee you may have had in the past. Â This is sweet but just-the-right hardness. Â Crunchy but not jaw-breaking. Â Wowee, kazowee. Â Okay, I need to stop saying that. Â One more time. Â Wowee, kazowee.
Enstrom’s starting in Colorado eighty years ago! Â Where have I been? Â I’ve never heard of it. Â The Enstrom family has been making toffee for three generations, and I have to say, I think they’ve gotten in right! Â The Enstrom Toffee is still made in Grand Junction, Colorado with Jamee (the founder’s granddaughter) and her husband Doug Simons at the helm. Â Â They use ingredients in the Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee that are all-natural and as simple as it gets: Â almonds, butter, sugar, milk chocolate, and salt.
“Doug and Jamee still operate Enstrom with the philosophy begun by Jamee’s grandfather, Chet – Â they’re just making a little Almond Toffee for a few of their friends.” Â I’m glad I’m a new friend!
Whether it is for yourself or a gift, you will love this toffee!

Hi Kelly … guess what … I LIVE HERE IN GJ WHERE THEY MAKE THIS!!! Their factory takes up 1 city block, and you can go watch them make gigantor sheets of it, thru the windows. So cool! Come take a tour & I’ll show you around town, too! ;-) @CO_MtnMom
Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee all the way!!!
Our all-natural, World Famous Almond Toffee is crafted from a perfect blend…fresh California almonds, sweet cream butter and pure cane sugar, covered in a generous layer of rich dark chocolate and sprinkled with crushed almonds.
My mouth is watering for the Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee! I’d try to break it into two pieces, but I’m not feeling too strong right now. :o)

I like the mint meltaways.
Lived in Grand Junction until 2002 and believe me, Enstrom’s is coveted by everyone there. If you receive a box as a gift, it is considered a wonderful thing and you automatically go into hiding with it. Lol – We still receive one box a year and I would love to put your review on my blog. Thanks for the shout out, it is definitely a Wowee, kazowee.
