Nature’s Hand uses only premium all-natural ingredients to make their delicious granola.  I just had this bowl of French Vanilla Almond.

I made sure the portion size was in keeping with my Nutrisystem and because of the roasted oats and wheat, tasty almonds, and light sweetner, I felt very full after the small bowl.  Because Nature’s Hand is full of fiber, protein and antioxidants you don’t need a large quantity – there are no empty calories in this granola!  And what isn’t in it, is as important as what is – it is low in sugar and contains no artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, cholesterol, trans fats or sodium.  Whew!

Rosie loves to snack on granola and this is something I can feel good about giving her after school.  As a topping for yogurt or by itself, the crunchy texture of Nature’s Hand is in a cluster format that she enjoys.
There are seven flavors – all in resealable top packages (yay!) with preview windows that let you see the yummy granola inside.  The six are Original Vanilla Almond, French Vanilla Almond, Cranberry Delight, Wild Blueberry, Raisin Hazelnut, Cinnamon Apple, and Maple Pecan.  Don’t they sound yummy?  And they live up to that!
Nature’s Hand is proud to give-back.  Their charity initiative includes being the official granola of Outward Bound U.S.A., www.outwardbound.org  and donating more than 10,000 lbs of granola annually to local shelters.

Disclosure: All opinions included in this post are my own, unless otherwise stated. In accordance with FTC guidelines, I am disclosing a material connection because I received samples of the granola for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog.
