Sprint Dec Disclosure

#MC Sharp Aquos On Wood

Sprint and its prepaid brands, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile USA, are the exclusive U.S. carriers for the groundbreaking Sharp Aquos Crystal mobile phone.  Sprint sent me one to try and I was immediately struck by the unique and attention-grabbing design.  This phone is gorgeous.  The edge-to-edge HD screen is the first thing you notice.  It’s great for watching videos – you forget you are even looking at a phone! I appreciate beautiful design and this phone has it.

One of my absolute favorite things about the Sprint Android phones that I’ve tried is the “Ok, Google” feature.  Wow.  It is incredible what you can do with it.  Do you use it?  If you have it on your phone but don’t use it, try it right now.  Pick up your phone and say, “Ok, Google”.  If you are not in the right starting screen, touch the home button and then the microphone you see in the Google bar.  Say, “Call Walmart”.  It will pull up the Walmart stores closest to you and all you have to do to call is touch the phone icon.  How cool is that?  Try another one… say “Ok, Google, weather in Chicago”.  One more, “What time does Notre Dame play football today?”  Amazed?  I know, right?

Have you ever been in a building where the reception hasn’t been that great?  Wi-Fi Calling sends and receives calls and text messages over a Wi-Fi network.  In addition to helping out when reception is poor, it can be a way to save on the data usage of your phone.  I love the Wi-Fi calling!  You just go to the Wi-Fi Calling app, touch to turn it on, and you are good to go.  I just got off the phone talking to my Mom, once on the Wi-Fi and once on the regular wireless and we couldn’t tell any bit of difference, both were excellent quality.

Since trying the Sprint Harman Kardon products, I am a huge Harman Kardon fan.  The Harman Kardon LiveStage truly produces a rich, quality sound.  My daughter is nine years old and love, love, love listening to music.  She would have the headphones on 24/7 if she could.

The Sharp AQUOS has advanced photo features.  I took this photo of my daughter in a low-light room, in front of the Christmas tree – usually a difficult shot, but the AQUOS did a nice job! he Sharp AQUOS Crystal also makes capturing candid moments easy by automatically taking a photo when it detects a smile!

The Sharp AQUOS is available at Sprint stores everywhere!  To learn more, go to  Sharp AQUOS Crystal.

Looks like a great phone and it takes some great pictures too. I’m glad to hear they offer this phone in the prepaid plan because I switched over and I’m glad I did. $150 a month is just too much. Thanks for the review.

I need a new phone desperately! I love that you can do a prepaid plan – we are going to get my son his first phone this coming year too. I really didn’t know you could get such a nice phone with a pre-paid plan!
