I’ve tried three varieties and love every one of them.  My favorite, and I was surprised by this, is the Red Curry Chicken.  The taste is irresistible, almost addictive.  Red curry is made with red chile peppers and this dish has a pleasurable bite to it.  I made the InnovAsian White Sticky Rice to serve as a base for the Red Curry Chicken and it was a delicious counter to the spiciness of the Red Curry Chicken.  My taste buds were tingling with the subtle blend of flavors.  The red bell peppers, carrots, and peas added bright colorful accents to the dish, creating a montage of flavors and textures.  The plated dish was beautiful!  As I was photographing it, my daughter walked in and said, “Oh, THAT is pretty!”.  Then she dug in and tasted it.  The Red Curry Chicken is as delicious as it looks.

Add a little fresh extra to your dish, with limes, peanuts and cilantro!

The Lemon Grass Kitchen Line features high quality ingredients.  They have no MSG and no trans fat.  The ingredients are individually packaged for superior freshness and constructed to prepare exceptionally well in the microwave or on a stove top.  I made the Red Curry Sauce with Chicken on my stove top.  I just warmed up the sauce in a cup of hot tap water, then added the sauce, chicken and vegetables to a pan.  I warmed it up on medium high heat for 6 minutes.  Quick, easy, delicious!

On to my second favorite InnovAsian Cuisine Lemon Grass Kitchen dish, the Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice.  Mmmmmmmm, I love fried rice and this one is especially delicious, possibly the best I’ve ever had.   In contrast to usual chicken fried rice, the Lemon Grass Kitchen version is less salty, with more spicy-ness than pure chicken taste.  I couldn’t stop eating it!  Again, like with the Red Curry Sauce, the vegetables are bright and colorful add a visual treat to match the taste.

I prepared the Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice in a French White bowl in the microwave.  All the Lemon Grass Kitchen Frozen Meals have (3) 1-cup servings per container.  My 7″ Round bowl worked perfectly.

The last flavor choice I tried from InnovAsian Cuisine Lemon Grass Kitchen was the Chicken Pad Thai.  It features rice noodles, stir fried with chicken in a tamarind sauce.  Again, this dish was a visual treat.  The colors of the vegetables were exceptional.  Frozen food allows the colors in vegetables and the flavors to stay vibrant.  I enjoyed this dish as well, but the tamarind sauce is one of my least favorites – just personal taste.

I again used the microwave to prepare this dish and it is very easy.

Every time I watch The Big Bang Theory and the characters get Thai food I get a craving for it!  And when they eat out of the take-out containers, it looks soooooo good.  We put ours in the take out containers one night, just for something different.  It was fun and delicious!
