I’m definitely starting to notice differences in how my clothes fit. At Blissdom (out of my usual uniform of jeans and baggy turtlenecks), it was more evident than it had been previously. How nice to put on smaller clothes and have them fit! This feels good! Now, to keep it going. The weekly amount of weight loss has slowed down but I’m not discouraged because it reinforces the feelings that I’ll be able to maintain. I still have some pretty big challenges ahead – especially when I stay up late at night, but overall, I’m very hopeful that I’ll get to my goal :).
My frozen Nutrisystem meals came yesterday and there was a pleasant surprise of new items. I tried the Garden Vegetable Omelet and…. YUMMY! I loved it. There is also a Ham and Cheese Omelet which is good, but as someone who likes veggies more than meat, I love this new one. On the Nutrisystem Plan, for breakfast, they recommend you eat a Nutrisystem Breakfast Entree, a dairy, and a fruit. I chose yogurt and an orange. Who said you have to suffer to lose weight? Check it out!
That’s also my Nutri-Bear (for losing 20 pounds) – we’re both smiling!
(by the way, the pretty plate is from DaySpring – review and giveaway coming soon!)

Way to go, Kelly! You’ve got your toes over the halfway-to-goal mark! That’s the hardest part, I think.
:) Just barely over… but over! Thank you so much for the encouraging words. ((hug ya))
Congrats! Awesome progress and I love the bear :)
