Whew! I was getting ready for the Blissdom blogging conference in Nashville and didn’t have a chance to write my “YIPPEE!” post!! Are you sitting down? Cover your ears, because this shout might be heard from sea – to – shining – sea!
I lost T-T-T-T-T-TWENTY pounds with Nutrisystem!!!!
Okay, now pretend you hear James Brown…Â “I feel good, so good!”
I haven’t seen my scale with these numbers for a long, long time. And oddly, it hasn’t been that painful to get here. No, it hasn’t been a piece of cake (he,he,he, sorry I couldn’t resist). But with the Nutrisystem program and support system? Not bad at all.
Summary:
91 Days
Starting Weight:Â 185.0
Current Weight:Â 164.6
Total Loss:Â 20.4
Goal Weight:Â 145.0
Now I’m looking forward to the next 20, which I am feeling totally hopefully about! Why? Because of Nutrisystem. Because I know that it worked. Gotta say that again, it worked, for the first 20.
So, here’s to you Nutrisystem! And thank you!!!

Congrats!!!! I have heard the food is horrible what are your thoughts?
I’ve heard that from other people too – that the food had a reputation for not tasting good. Perhaps that’s why Nutrisystem reached out to bloggers to try their food and give honest opinions.
Nutrisystem has a HUGE menu and you can choose whatever you like for their “shelf stable” products. That gives you the flexibility to choose whatever you like best. My husband and I are the perfect example of opposite tastes. When we go to a buffet, it’s a comedy – we both come back from the buffet without one similar item on our plates!
There are a few items I don’t like on the Nutrisystem menu, but I think it’s more a matter of personal taste. There are many more items that I do like, and even more that I LOVE.
It was such a thrill to meet you at Blissdom! I only wish I’d known you’d hit the 20-pound mark so we could celebrate with some…pistachios. Yeah, that’s it–pistachios. :)
