Okay, okay, have you noticed that I haven’t posted my scale? Â Dun, dun, dunnnnnn. Â It’s accountability time *sigh*.
Last week started well, but then…. not-so-much. Â The average weight loss for Nutrisystem programees is 1-2 pounds a week. Â Which is a ton (pun intended) over time, but had I not strayed so much, it would have been more, so I’m frowning. Â But the community tells me it’s good. Â By the way, did you know that there is a Nutrisystem community? Â There is an awesome forum where you can connect with other people going through the journey together. Â There are also a ton (no pun intended) of bloggers in the Nutrisystem blogging program and you can comment on our posts and watch us travel the weight loss path. Â Do you tweet? Â That’s what the “#NSNation” thing is all about. Â In twitter, you can sort tweets by hashtags – “#”. Â So we all tweet with #NSNation and you can find a Nutrisystem blogger by those tweets. Â If you don’t tweet, just google “NSNation”!
Yes, I’m stalling :)
Okay, here I go….
If you would like to join me on this journey, I would love to have company!!  Nutrisystem just announced their Fall Sale – lowest prices of the year – the website says it’s less than $3 / meal.  What are you waiting for?  Go here (http://nutrisystem.com/nsblog) for more information about losing weight and getting healthier with Nutrisystem.
Disclosure: Nutrisystem products have been provided to me free of charge as a selected blogger of the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Program in the hope that I would write about my experience. Â All opinions are 100% mine and no monetary compensation was given for my opinion.
Congrats! Go check out Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit…there is a guy that has gained 70 lbs in 5 mos as an experiment. He had 6pk abs and was super healthy and fit.
He is eating white bread, mac and cheese, etc…and drinks sodas. He now craves these foods and gets headaches, moody when he doesn’t have them. His blood pressure is high now and he is out of breath and can’t tie his shoes. Uncomfortable with his body and clothes don’t fit right.
It was quite interesting to me.
My husband had back issues and now has to lose 100 lbs and has high blood pressure. Go on the internet and type in salt and blood pressure. You will be amazed what it does. I am not overweight but i am cutting SALT out.
Keep up the good work with NUTRISYSTEM and cut out salt as much as possible also!
