Did you ever wonder how the offices of the President and First Lady are decorated? What do you think? Could they use a Design Star makeover?
The President’s office, known as the Oval Office, is located in the West Wing of the White House.
The First Lady’s office is in the East Wing. According to yahoo.com, she passed on a traditional desk and chose a table that seats ten. The walls are painted a warm peach, and there is an off-white, over-stuffed living-room-type couch with floral and patterned pillows. Brown and white patterned chairs flank the sofa. The windows have wooden shutters rather than curtains or blinds. I love the white bookcases which have pictures of her family, as well as books and art pieces.
And just ’cause I love dogs, here’s a recent picture of Bo, the Obama family dog.
